New approach to governing. 

During the last decade in the process of expanding the European Union the bigger effort was given in working on the local and regional level in Europe. On one side this was the reaction on the enforcing the central institutions, and in the same time is a result of the freedom of movement and removing the borders.




 
Balkan political club 

 This session will be organized with the support of "Friedrich Naumann" Foundation which encourages the liberal approach to the solution of the societal problems.




 
Perspectives for the western Balkan

Forum for ethnic relations and "Friedrich Nauman" Foundation, on November 3rd to 5th, 2005, organized the conference about the perspectives for the western Balkan.
