European Present of Serbia
In
the framework of celebration the May 9th, Day of Europe,
European Movement in
Serbia, Nis and Foundation Konrad
Adenauer are organizing the series of tribunes
in Serbia, under the
slogan “The European present of Serbia”. .
The Day of Europe was celebrated including few manifestations:
In cooperation with medias and their programmed schemes the thematic program
about Day of Europe is constructed: TV show- “What do you know about Europe”,
the giving out of balloons and flyers in the street of Obrenoviceva. The
children cultural centre had performed the show “Hello Europe”.
The central event of the 9th of May, was a TV debate which was
aired in three rerun programme schedules, and the parts from
debate were taken over from the other medias as well (TV
Kopernikus, TV Global, TV Art, TV Zajecar, TV Elmag
–Podgorica).
The daily newspaper “Narodne novine” published
the interview with Rasim Ljajić and Ksenija Milivojević.
Unfortunately the only media that did not air the event was TV
5, Nis. Debate was held in the club-studio RTV Belle amie. The
speakers on the tribune were: Rasim Ljajić- Minister, Ksenija
Milivojević – council for European Integrations, Mila Vujic-
president of EPuS-Nis, Nevena Petrusic - professor Faculty of
Law, Boban Stojanović - professor of Faculty of Economics,
Nebojša Milivojević – commissioner of Toplicki district ,
Aleksandar Milićevic - member of the arliament of the city of
Niš, Jovan Mandić - city-architect, Dragoslav Ćirković –
president of district Medijana, Milan Lapčević - commisioner
of the Nišavskog council, Nikola Jovanović – president of the
league „Argumen“ iand founder of Democratic Party in Nis. The
fact that The Europe day was celebrated a few days before
negotiation were stopped, took away a lot of enthusiasm that
was visible in the previous celebrations of the “The day of
Europe”.
