ACCEPTANCE SPEECH OF OUR PRESIDENT MILA VUJI FOR "ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR
OUTSTANDING ACHIVEMENTS ON AFFIRMATION OF PEACE, GENDER EQUALITY AND PROTECTION
OF WOMEN'S RIGHT" , WHICH DEMOCRATIC PARTY IN NIS HANDED OUT TO THE EUROPEAN
MOVEMENT IN SERBIA
Thank You for this kind gesture of gratitude to the Democratic
party in my and in the name of the European movement in Serbia, Women's
Government, all diligent and laborious women, and in the name of great number of
men, which gave tremendous contribution to this small civization's step forward
I emphasize that project of Women's Government is the example of good and real
partnership and its realized almost completely pro bono. I wish to
believe taht gesture is proof that the Democratic party have choosen a strategy,
which demands immidiate abadonment of purely narrow party approach in benefit of
wide participation of all society structures and institutions that are clearly
determined in favore of prosperity. We must not forget that this is the year of
equal opportunities in the whole of Europe, the year of the great campaign of
European Council "STOP THE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN", and that our mutuall
responsebility is to improve our region in the first place. I sincirely believe
that this is chance that through partnership we can build a better future for
everyone.
